- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Use of Platform
You agree to use Esportsphere Gaming only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Engage in cheating, hacking, or unfair gameplay.
- Use bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain advantage.
- Misuse payment systems or attempt fraudulent transactions.
- Post or share offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, account termination, and loss of rewards.
4. Tournaments & Rewards
- Tournament rules, prize pools, and eligibility will be specified for each event.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel tournaments at its discretion.
- Rewards and winnings will be credited only after verification of results and compliance with rules.
- Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the tournament system will result in disqualification.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
- Payments for tournament entry fees and withdrawals are processed via PayU.
- Users must provide accurate payment details to receive rewards.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Data & Privacy
- User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and designs on Esportsphere Gaming are the property of NexgenSphere Technologies.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Esportsphere Gaming is provided on an “as is” basis.
- The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Platform.
- Users participate in tournaments at their own risk.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
